Troubleshooting After you have clicked on the exam, if you see a blank screen –power off, wait for couple of minutes and then restart the computer. Log back on to Blackboard and access your exam. After you have clicked on the exam, if you see access denied message –Close this window (click on the red X button located on upper left corner). Click on the exam again.
