1. Releases must be loaded on the SERVER; computer running NextGen
2. This will only install correctly on the server where NextGen already exists and should not be attempted to install as a “New” install without the assistance of LGC support.
3. ALL USERS must be out of the software when a release or update is installed unless otherwise noted by LGC support.
4.The computer that the release is being installed on must allow executables to be downloaded from the Internet. If downloads are blocked by a firewall, etc. the release can not be loaded. Contact your IT dept for questions regarding this.

LGC update do not contain viruses, but sometimes A/V software flag them as unknown or unsafe.
If there are options to ‘Run anyway’, select that. You may have to select ‘Other’
You may have to contact your IT to temporarily disable A/V for a short time.

Depending upon your browser when the download is complete you will be asked to Run or you may have to select the downloads file and run the file by double clicking
