On-time performance of 98.85% from the commencement of operations to date. Client: New Jersey Transit Location: Hudson & Bergen Counties, NJ Contract Value: $1.9 Billion Contract Type: Design-Build- Operate-Maintain Performed as: 21 st Century Rail Corp. (URS, Kinkisharyo)

4 System Description – Right-of-Way u 15.9 Route Miles – all double track u Operates primarily on grade-separated right-of-way u Approx. two (2) miles of street-running (Trains operate in mixed traffic) u Twenty-five (25) Interlockings u Twenty-four (24) Stations u Light Rail Tunnel – 4,096 feet in length. Station platform located 160 feet from the surface

5 System Description – Fleet Information u A Total fleet of 52 LRVs (High Performance, Low Floor Cars) u Ready Line of 42 (18 two-car sets and 6 single units) LRVs weekdays; 9 (single units) LRVs weekends u LRV Capacity on a single unit-68 seated, 120 Standing u MU capable with Dual end operation u Electrified Propulsion System (750VDC) u Full Maintenance Facility capable of: —Heavy Repairs– Body Shop —Daily Inspections– Paint Booth —Car Wash– Wheel Truing
