How to Develop Positive Thinking ? Always use only positive words while thinking and while talking. Use words such as, 'I can', 'I am able', 'it is possible', 'it can be done', etc. Before starting with any plan or action, visualize clearly in your mind its successful outcome. Read at least one page of inspiring book every day. Watch movies that make you feel happy. Associate yourself with people who think positively. Always sit and walk with your back straight. This will strengthen your confidence and inner strength.

Use V-VEAP Principle Verbalize. Visualize. Emotionalize. Actionize. Prayerize.

Whatever you want to achieve or do, verbalize it as many times as you can. Say to yourself 10 times every morning: “EVERYDAY-IN EVERY WAY-I FEEL BETTER AND BETTER- ABOUT MYSELF.” Verbalize

Visualize Develop a picture in your mind about the life if you change and also if you did not change. Use technique by cutting and pasting a picture

Emotionalize Show your emotions! Be enthusiastic! Be Happy! Your energy will become contagious

Actionize Refuse to live even a single moment of your life without doing something that serves your vision. DO IT NOW!

Remember you will never able to do it without meditation! Prayerize

Things to remember Winner are not born, they are made. Quitters never win, Winners never Quit. Humans have the power to make their own destiny. Mind is your servant not the Master.
