Pre season skills begins 11 th of July Every Wednesday 4-5pm individualised skill development (kicking/passing/throwing/jumping/lifting/scrum profile) All sessions will be compulsory, but if you are unable to attend you will be expected to do the training in your own time(self-reliant) Regional under17/18’s already started.
