PUBLIC AWARENESS AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES LOCAL INTEGRATION OF REFUGEES IN BELARUS, MOLDOVA AND UKRAINE

BACKGROUND Quote from Local Integration study or Regional Report explaining the current situation and challenges re public attitudes and lack of awareness hampering local integration of refugees in the region – to be inserted NP

OBJECTIVES Raising the awareness of the Governments and public at large of refugee protection and integration needs Creating favorable environments for integration of refugees.

Target groups include central and regional refugee authorities in three countries, Ministries of Labor and Social Policies, Ministries of Education, State Employment Services and their regional subdivisions, NGOs, employers, local communities and refugees themselves Project beneficiaries are current and future recognized refugees and asylum-seekers in three countries (including beneficiaries of subsidiary protection in Moldova and recently naturalized refugees in Ukraine) TARGET GROUPS AND PROJECT BENEFICIARIES
