IDEM Electronic Reporting for EPCRA Nick Staller Tier II Technical Coordinator Indiana Department of Environmental Management Regulatory Reporting Section Using the Regulatory Services Portal (RSP) (Tier II Form 312, SARA Title III)

Reporting Basics Tier II Form 312 is due March 2, 2015 One report per site per year User accounts are not transferable

Last Year’s Data All chemical data entered last year will be automatically pre-populated All other data will be loaded from 2012 report Any changes made to contacts & questionnaire last year will not be reflected

Updates & Improvements Better certification process (no Java) More browser compatibility Wrong answer to a security question will now automatically show a different question

New User Registration Create unique username, password Enter user information, find facility, request role » Facility Update Form (brand new sites, name/address changes) Submit online, then mail signed & dated Indiana Electronic Subscriber Agreement (IESA) Can’t log in until approved (up to 5 days)
