2 o Meeting was held yesterday. o Object was to tighten the guidelines due to incident that took place in May.  Caused a BA to go off ATEC.  Effective April 1, 2014, WECC Standard BAL-004-WECC-02 R3: Each Balancing Authority shall keep its ATEC in service, with an allowable exception period of less than or equal to an accumulated 24 hours per calendar quarter for ATEC to be out of service. o Following changes were made. ATF Tagging Guidelines

3 o Plan is to post by end of the week for comments o All comments will be due by Mid-March. o Webinar will be held to go over comments. o Final posting by March 21 st. o Present to the ISAS Group on April 21 st for approval. ATF Tagging Guidelines (Cont’d)
