9. 2014 Operating Statistics Plan Year 20 (CY2014) activity as of December 31, 2014 had 2,264 hours of Coordinated Operations of Phase Shifters (COPS) with 986 hours of contributing schedule curtailments Total of 114,825.3 MWhs of Unscheduled Flow relief was provided by curtailments 66 hours of competing path usage to date, Primarily Path 30, Path 36 and Path 66 9 W ESTERN E LECTRICITY C OORDINATING C OUNCIL
