2 2 Mid November 2014 ISAS held a webinar to discuss the ownership of the WIT October 2014 Interchange Authority (IA) was removed from applicability of INT standards Peak was currently holding the WIT contract but WECC was maintaining administrative functions  Tag corrections  DTE correction  PII accuracy checks  Change order specs  Inadvertent dispute tracking  General troubleshooting WIT Contract

3 3 3 Scenarios were presented for the future ownership of WIT  Peak RC  WECC  Group of Balancing Authorities Recommendation was for Peak to remain the owner of the WIT contract WIT Contract

4 4 Recommendation from webinar was for Peak to retain the WIT contract The following details need to be worked out between Peak and WECC o Funding for the tool (contracted service vs. normal assessment) o Funding for additional FTE labor at Peak o Timing for transitioning administrative duties o Creation of a user's group o Ensuring that WECC will still be a user with sufficient privileges to access the data it needs to perform delegated functions WIT Contract
