2. 2 Update o At the April 9 th meeting two comments were received from Posting 3 and discussed by the team. o BPA was the only respondent to comment to Posting 3. o The Drafting Team agreed with BPA that the language in Requirement WR2, Section 2 regarding timing should be clarified. Section 2 was changed to read: After the operating hour. Drafting Team WECC-0108 INT-021

3. 3 o The DT did not agree with the second proposed change that clarification was needed to Requirement WR2, Section 1 to address Dynamic Transfers. o As a result no change was made to this requirement as the information is already addressed in INT-008-WECC- CRT-2.1, Dynamic Transfer, Requirement WR5. 4. 4 May 18 th, 2015 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. MDT Webinar o Comment period is from April 13 th through May 13 th, 2015 for Posting 4. o Review the comments received during Version 4 30- day posting. o If no comments are received forward to the WSC with a request for ballot at their May 19 th meeting.
