Holistic Admissions process A set of personal interviews: The Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) is a set of ten short interview stations through which applicants rotate. At each station, the applicant is presented with a question, scenario or task. These interviews are one part of the admissions process in which the candidates will have the opportunity to display aspects of their personal and professional attributes.
