Followers of Jesus Christ Effective Communicators Independent, lifelong learners Critical thinkers and problem solvers Servant leaders We are representing Jesus, and want to be truly excellent in all that we do! 3 Our Expected School-Wide Learning Results

In March 2010, a joint ACSI/WASC visiting committee spent 3 ½ days evaluating our school. They explored every area of school operation. ALCS was awarded the highest accreditation possible under two organizationsthe Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). Our six-year certification places us in the top 10% of schools reaching the highest level of accreditation. 4

One measure we can look at is our Standardized Test Scores Stanford Achievement Tests are administered each Spring. See detailed results at our school website under Academics,Standardized Testing Overall, our scores in Math and Reading were in the top 15% of the nation. 5
