World War II

How did WWII begin? The Treaty of Versailles ending WWI made Germany and Austria so poor and so desperate that when Hitler came along and promised to make Germany great again, people listened Nazi’s believe that Aryan Germans were superior to all other races and they wanted to spread across the world They built up their military when they weren’t allowed to…no one stopped them They expressed their hatred of certain cultures, races and religions…no one stopped them Germany takes over Austria and Czechoslovakia… no one stopped them.

How did WWII begin? Germany begins their invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939… France, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa declare war on Germany beginning WWII Germany allows the Soviet Union to keep some of Poland if the Soviet Union agrees to keep out of the war. Germany conquers France and has Britain on the ropes but decides to break their treaty with the Soviet Union and invades them June 1941 December 7, 1941 US enters the War
