Presentation transcript:

A distinctive Continuing Education path to help your community non-for-profit organizations We can help you to advance the following: Serve them more effectively and specifically Maximize your campus resources, i.e., staff and faculty Broaden your leadership role in education of non-profits Increase campus enrollments Marketing and fundraising efforts Make a profit for Continuing Education

Can those actions be achieved with ease, clarity and economy? Yes, by providing each not-for-profit organization with the MaxCI Assessment © Will administrative costs increase? Absolutely not. To the contrary, fees will be paid to your college by the participating not-for-profit organizations.

How will the MaxCI Assessment © benefit your campus and the not-for-profit organizations enrolled? Your faculty & staff alongside the organization:  Review the results of their completed Assessment ©  Decide on a course of action to improve the organization  Offer coursework and assistance to each organization The organizations then:  Becomes financially more stable, perhaps avoid dissolution  Develops and markets more effective programs and services  Increases community/constituent support & contributions  Coalesces, then builds a fully functioning board and staff  Reaches its organizational potential

All can be accomplished, that is, to realize the benefits to your campus, and to provide organizational assistance to your not-for-profit community The MaxCI Assessment © is a one-of-a-kind online tool to be completed by the not-for-profit organizations. It is both an assessment and a growth model for the organizations. The results of Assessment © include a set of recommendations for improvement and advancement in nine business functions; and each receive a comparative score, one based on its potential, and not compared to other organizations. Your campus faculty and staff provide the guidance and training as specified by the Assessment to develop the organizations and then to maximize their potential.

The Assessment © results, when combined with your campus faculty and staff, will help each not-for-profit to become more effective and efficient in delivering services and programs, to reach their maximum potential, and to continue to meet the needs of citizens in your community. Your campus made it happen! For complete information, please contact us at maxci.net Benedict J Di Salvo
