About Service Skills Victoria SSV Board (formed in 2004) is comprised of tourism industry leaders, WRAPs industry leaders, employers and unions as well as trade and industry associations. Vision: To raise the professionalism and competitiveness of Victoria’s Service Industries Workforce

Online strategy Directly linked to vision and role of the organisation: –creating linkages between industry and educators, –engagement and connectivity of stakeholders –promoting professional development/training; and –ultimately increasing the professionalism of the service industries.
