W E ALL A CHIEVE TOGETHER ! 1. Be IN class and READY for class. (Silent and seated by 7:53) 2. Bring your textbook to EVERY class. 3. Be respectful. 4. Be involved. 5. No agenda, no I.D. = NOTHING **Agenda competition begins tomorrow!**

7 TH & 8 TH G RADE T ARDY P OLICY 3 Tardies = Locker removed for 1 week 4 th Tardy = Locker removed for 2 weeks 5 th Tardy = Step Number of tardies goes for ALL classes, not just in one.

STEPS: 1 st Step = Warning 2 nd Step = Parent Contact and Detention 3 rd Step = Parent Contact and Mini- School Isolation 4 th Step = Parent Contact, Dean Referral, and ISS

PROCEDURES: Begin F.O.A. immediately. Place your agenda on the right corner of your desk. Raise your hand to comment and wait for acknowledgement to speak. Wait until the person speaking is finished before you speak. Trash is to remain on the left corner of your desk until class is dismissed and you may throw it away. No technology may be turned on or present during class unless it is a specified Technology Day. Computers may be used during specified class times ONLY. You may not get up out of your seat without permission.

PROCEDURES: Sharpen pencils BEFORE class begins. -if the lead breaks, hold your pencil in the air and wait for acknowledgement to go sharpen it. -the pencil sharpener needs to be turned no more than times o If you need paper/pencil, you may grab it from the back, take off your shoe, AND leave your shoe at Ms. Lee-Oats’ desk until class is dismissed. If you are absent, check the notes folder at the back and the missed assignment checklist. - YOU are RESPONSIBLE for making up any missed assignment, quiz, test, or project. o If you need a tissue, cover your nose and wait for acknowledgment. o -DO NOT USE more than you need (1 or 2 max.)
