TNCPE Site Visit Closing Meeting We have appreciated our time here and we applaud your efforts toward performance excellence! Closing Meeting

Examiner Rules of Conduct No contact or consulting with you Your information is kept strictly confidential No gifts or considerations accepted As we mentioned in our opening meeting, we do have a formal code of conduct, that we will also follow post site visit. This includes: We cannot accept or provide additional information after this meeting. Also, we are not allowed to consult for you. To protect the confidentiality of this process, it is our policy at the Awards Banquet not to acknowledge that we know you. But if you approach us, we will be happy to talk with you! No gifts or considerations accepted Results of our assessment will be provided to you in a written feedback report. You will receive this from TNCPE. Results of the site visit and our assessment will be provided to you in writing from TNCPE

Next Steps The final evaluation is completed by our team A panel of judges will meet to review all applicant evaluations Panel of Judges Award Designation Your award designation is shared by the TNCPE staff Our team will complete our evaluation of your application based on all that we have seen and heard onsite. A panel of judges will then review our evaluation and make a final award determination. TNCPE will call you with your award designation. Your feedback report will be send electronically a few weeks after the panel of judges meet. NOTE TO TEAM LEADER If pressed, you can explain that the panel of judges will meet on November 7th and 8th. The final feedback reports are scheduled to be issued no later than 12/6. TNCPE Conference and Award Celebration Save the Date TNCPE Conference and Award Celebration February 26 and 27, 2020 Plan to celebrate at the TNCPE Conference and Award Celebration on February 25 and 26, 2020. The conference is designed to give you the tools and knowledge you need to further excellence within your organization. The Awards Celebration and is a great way to celebration what you have accomplished. It’s an excellent way for reward to employees for their hard work, too.
