ETQA Provider submission of learners

COMPUTER and SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS Website http://www.itaware.co.za COMPUTER and SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS   Any computer that has internet connectivity should be able to manage the submission process. Chrome and Internet Explorer should however be avoided as Internet Browser, the Submission System functions optimally on Mozilla Firefox. Download the latest version of Mozilla Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html The computer being used must also have a PDF Reader and Microsoft Excel. The Excel Version being used should not be older than 2010, as the source data is saved as an Excel xlsm (Macro Enabled) file format. Excel File Names could be changed, but the format must remain .xlsm

Click “DG Application” Login Click “DG Application” User Name – Provider username allocated by CHIETA Password – Enter Password Login – Click Login Click “Login”

Click “Contract Details” Select the Provider View the Contracts listed for the Provider

Click here to upload Learner Schedule      Step 1: - Browse the data template   Step 2: - Click Process Upload File Step 3: - Click Generate Learner Schedule Step 1 Step 2 Step 3

Learners details Select the Learners status from the Drop Down List to update the status. Then proceed to click on upload documentation tab to upload required documents per learner Please note the relevant documents have to be uploaded for each learner. Please make sure to tick comply for each document uploaded.

Please check for Learners Rejected during the upload process. Identify the error on the dash board or click “File” – “Export to Excel” then make corrections on the orginal excel spreadsheet and re-upload. Click her to Export to Excel
