8 Course Setting Go to Settings block Choose Edit settings
Set Format, Starting date and Password (Users need this password to access the course) Other setting let the default as it is or you can set the values when needed At the end click Save Changes Contact:

12 Setting Course Blocks Go to Settings block Choose Turn editing on
In the course, Go to Settings block Choose Turn editing on Click on Pen icon to edit summary Fill up in the fields required At the end click Save changes Contact:

13 Upload Resources In the course block,
Select File from Add resource… dropdown menu Fill in the required fields of General setting area and choose Add button in Content area Choose Upload a file from File picker popup window Click Choose a file button and select a file from your computer After you select a file click Upload this file button Check other setting that applies to your file setting or Click Save and return to course button Repeat the same to upload other files Contact:

14 Setting/Posting Assignments
In the course block, Select Upload a single file from Add an activity… dropdown menu. Fill or set appropriate values in the required fields on the page Adding a new Assignment. Set appropriate value for grade points in the Grade field Check other setting that applies to your file setting or Click Save and return to course button. Contact:

15 User Enrollment In the course Go to Settings block Choose Users
Click Enrolled users Click Enroll users Here, you can enroll users manually from the list Contact:

16 Activate an automatic enrollment for students
Go to Settings block Choose Users Click Enrollment methods Here, activate Self enrolment (Student) opening the symbol of eye. Self Enrollment Setting Click on Pen icon to edit setting Check the fields and set appropriate values if needed. Set Allow self enrollment to Yes Set an Enrollment key for the course (Teachers need to provide this enrollment key to the students) At the end click Save Changes Contact:

17 Grade Assignments and Post Feedback
In the course block Click on the link of assigned assignment Click on View … submitted assignments . Find the column Status in the e-portfolio of the assignments, choose a student to grade and click Grade A page Feedback appears set all the fields with appropriate values. Especially Grade and Feedback Click Save Changes or Save and show next Contact:

18 Download Grade Sheets In the page of the course, Go to Settings block
Click on Grades Choose Export->Excel Spreadsheet from the Grader report drop down menu Select and tick() the options applicable and click on Submit Button Click the Download button and save the file in appropriate location of your computer Contact:

19 Bulk Messaging By this feature you can select all or some students and send message or instructions. Go to Navigation block Click on Participants Click Select all button if you want to select all students other wise apply tick mark to select particular student(s). Select Send message from Choose… dropdown option. (Be sure all students are listed on the page. If not you can find and click Show all option) Contact:
