1 City Selection Entry Form Guide

2 Open the email and click the link.

3 You should be taken to your schools online entry form
You should be taken to your schools online entry form. Please check the correct name appears as the name of the document (as shown here). If this is not the case, please let me know ASAP.

4 Select the age group which you would like to enter using the tabs across the bottom of the entry form.

5 Enter pupil name as separate first name and family name.

6 Enter pupil date of birth here. Format dd/mm/yyyy

7 Select event(s) from drop down list
Select event(s) from drop down list. If you have 2 pupils in an event, please make sure you select an A string competitor and a B string competitor.

8 This error message will appear if you try to enter 2 pupils in the same event and string. Please remember each school can only enter 2 pupils per event (one in the A string and one in the B).

9 If you need to take a pupil out of an event then you can change the selection to a dash or select the cell and press the delete button on your keyboard.

10 There is no need to save the document
There is no need to save the document. Each change you make will automatically be saved. You can close the tab/page and the document will be saved as you last edited it.

11 file > Download as > Microsoft Excel
When your entry is complete, you can download and save it for your own record. Click: file > Download as > Microsoft Excel You will not be able to access the entry form after the entry deadline so please make sure you save a copy when you complete the entry.

12 You can access the form as many times as you need (up to and including the entry deadline) by going back to the link on the .
