Welcome! Have you ever checked out books with your RebelCard? If not, please take your card to the circulation desk and ask them to activate your barcode! Do you have an ACE account? If yes, please use it to log into a computer. No ACE? Find a temporary login on the whiteboard Please go to my.endnote.com and set up a free EndNote Basic account.

Set UP AN INTERLIBRARY LOAN ACCOuNT You need an activated barcode for this step! Return to https://guides.library.unlv.edu/eda707 Scroll down on the Welcome tab and find Interlibrary Loan under the sticker Follow the First Time User prompts to create a username and password. CONSIDeR A SEARCH LOG Find the Example search log on https://guides.library.unlv.edu/eda707 Record key concepts and brainstorm search terms in the first tab Later, you can use the second tab to record how your searches perform Put your notebook on your monitor when done.

EXPORT EBSCO FOLDER TO ENDNOTE You need a my.endnote.com login for this step! Open the yellow folder and SELECT the checkmark next to all items Choose Direct Export to EndNote Web on the right and click Save Check your Endnote Basic account to confirm the citations were imported Put your notebook on your monitor when done.

INSTALL Endnote x9 Return to https://guides.library.unlv.edu/eda707 Go to the X9 and Kopernio tab and pick X9 installers Download x9 for Windows and run the installer Right-click the WINDOW menu in the lower left and pick RUN Type Endnote. X9 will start up and start giving you orders. Follow them, including creating a Kopernio login. Be sure to enter your my.endnote.com account credentials when it ask for SYNC preferences Put your notebook on your monitor when done.
