A HCP can add other HCPs, and Other Activity from their diary, include details such as location duration and also can book Group Contacts as an option within Other Activities Appointments now span to midnight. Clinic Appointments Appointments now span over midnight. Ability to access the scratchpad directly in the Clinic Diary With new clinic layout view, a number of clinics can be viewed on the same clinic screen each appearing as a tab with each individual stream viewed as a column. Assessment forms with Field Validation, Free Text Field Comparison and AutoSaved functionality Condition Logic in Forms: A new form type is introduced that will allow controls (or sets of controls) to be displayed or hidden based on configurable rules which can reference values entered in other controls Care Plans Associating Referral/Admission to Care Plans Able to link interventions to Care Pathways Support and development of Costed Care output Case Record R2 introduces locally configurable case record summary format made up of panels containing sets of related information to meet specific user requirement. Easy and quick view of clients clinical information in a front sheet style displays and provide access to assessments, care planning, progress notes and other clinical areas, depending on the access level of the person viewing I Out Patient Discharge Report & Summary Tool This is a client centric screen which enable RIO users to create, edit and produce Outpatient Reports and Discharge Summaries for a client. The summary can be created for numerous discharge process such as outcoming of appointments, discharge from care etc. When the document is completed the user can printed and/or sent to the Summary Care Record (SCR).

Ability to auto – complete the elements of the Add Immunisations, Add Immunisations History and Child Health Check screens Cohort Transfer: Can transfer a cohort of students in on transfer. Create a cohort by age, school year, postcode and school.
