What makes a successful team? What successful teams do you know – from any walk of life, within or outside Guiding?

How do these teams match with Guiding values?

Tower of cards You are challenged to build the tallest possible tower from a deck of cards in 5 minutes. But………….. Each person may use only one arm! How successful will you be? How did you feel during the activity?

By yourself, complete the team analysis discussion sheet. Let’s Go Guiding! By yourself, complete the team analysis discussion sheet. In a small group, now discuss why some teams are more successful than others. How could the less successful be helped to improve?
