TAP THE GENIUS OF YOUR TEAM - 2 HOURS In our fast-paced, ever-changing, and increasingly complex worlds, we need everyones brilliance at work. In this workshop, we will use the Identity Discovery Deck to: Gain powerful insights into the unique 4-6 strengths of each team member. Deepen respect for individual differences - and how these can be leveraged to improve the teams performance. Clarify the core strengths of your team. Infuse well-established teams with new insights about each other and how to work together even better. FOR ORGANIZATIONS Authenticity, engagement, and true leadership begins by knowing who you are. We have 3 powerful programs that help teams and leaders at all levels of the organization bring their uniqueness and potential to life. AMPLIFY THE IMPACT OF YOUR ASPIRING LEADERS - 2 DAYS When high potential leaders are able to clearly articulate who they are and what they stand for, they can maximize their presence, motivate their teams, and increase their impact. Using the Identity Mapping® process, participants will uncover their natural and unique leadership strengths. Identity Mapping® was created in collaboration with Ken Blanchard Companies, a global leader in organizational learning. This workshop is a great opportunity to build leadership capacity by bringing together the next generation of leaders in your organization. BUILD A LEADERSHIP IDENTITY FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVES - 8 WEEKS Research reveals that when people believe a leader is the real deal –- a person of integrity and character – they are much more likely to go the extra mile and stand by them in the best and worst of times (Forbes). To be the real deal, you have to know who you are. This 1:1 Executive Coaching program takes leaders through the Identity Mapping® process via 1-hr weekly coaching sessions. Leaders will: Clarify their core values, unique strengths, point of view, and purpose. Develop specific leadership goals and action plans based on the outcomes of their work. HELP OTHERS TAP THE POWER OF IDENTITY 4 HOURS In this 4 hour workshop, we will dive more deeply into personal identity and what it means to live an identity-centered life*. We will explore how the Identity Discovery Deck can be used in multiple ways to provide insight into your unique strengths and purpose. You will also learn how to coach people through the Deck for optimal results. This workshop is designed with coaches in mind but is open to anyone who wants to more deeply understand themselves and help others to do the same. *an identity-centered life is one that revolves around what matters most to you FOR COACHES Are you seeking more meaning and fulfillment in your life? Would you like your life to be a more authentic expression of who you are? If you said yes to either question, our programs will help you learn more about who you are and how to create an identity- centered life*. RECONNECT WITH YOUR BEST SELF 2 DAY RETREAT Have you been busy helping others be their best selves? Well, your best self also needs time out to rest, renew, and reflect.
