Most young people do not receive the skills, support, or experiences, that will develop them for the leadership demands of today's society. CCL Early Leadership Program Logic Model Workforce will benefit from young people more developmentally ready for the societal challenges of today. We use research and innovation to create systemic solutions and produce sustained impact. Program name.
