Account registration If you are the first time to submit online to JMS, you have to register first by clicking “Register here” at the right of the below picture

Account registration Fill in the required contents step by step and then click “Next”

Account registration Continue to fill the required contents and click “Next”

Account registration Fill in password twice. Password must contain both numbers and letters.

Account management : Log in If you have already created an account , you can input your User ID &Password and click the Log In button.

Account management: Forgot Password? If you forget your Password, input your email address you have once registered, and click Go. Your Password will be emailed to your email box immediately.

Account management: Change User ID/Password & Account Information -1 Once you have logged in, you can click on the Edit Account link in the upper right side of the menu bar to change your User ID, Password, or other account information.

Account management: Change User ID/Password & Account Information-2 When you login for the first time, you may be prompted to fill in the remaining required fields for your account. Simply go through the “Edit My Account” Screens, fill in the remaining required fields, and click on the Finish button on the last screen.

Main menu After logging in, the Welcome page opens. Select the link to enter the Dashboard.

Dashboard The Author Dashboard is where you begin the manuscript submission process. Also, at a glance, you can track the status and view the details of all your manuscripts.

Manuscript submission process To begin the submission process, select here in your dashboard’s Author Resources section.

Manuscript submission process You must follow instructions carefully when submitting manuscripts. Required fields are denoted by the red symbol. .

Step1 – Type, Title AND Abstract Manuscript Type: Select from the dropdown list of choices. Running Head: If present, enter a short title. Select to move to Step 2.

Step2 – Keywords AND Specialty Write down keywords are often required for your manuscript submission and your specialty.

Step3 – Authors AND Institutions Enter or confirm your name and institution information and add any co-authors and their information.

Step4 – Reviewers Add a Reviewer: Enter information in the fields. You must add three reviewers information at least.

Step5 – Details AND Comments Cover Letter: If one is required, you can submit a cover letter in one of 3 ways: Type your cover letter in the text field; Paste an existing cover letter into the field; If option is available, you can browse to and attach an existing file.

Step6 – File Upload In this step you will upload all of your manuscript files.

Step7 – Review AND Submit A green appears next to each item that has been completed correctly according to the journal’s standards. A red indicates that you need to complete required fields.

Step7 – Review AND Submit This is a final review step before submitting your manuscript. You can review the HTML and/or PDF versions of your submission. All sections must display the green checkmark before you can select “submit” to complete the submission process.
