5. Step 3. Want to submit a manuscript. Click on new submission

6. Step 4: Submission Check List Select Section of Journal to Submit to Click on the small boxes in check list Click on Copyright Notice Comments to the Editor Click on SAVE & Continue

7. Step 5: Uploading the Submission Click Browse, your computer file Select your file when found Click Upload, then click Save & continue 1 2 3

8. Step 5: Submission’s Metadata Type, Cut and Paste: Title, Abstract, Key Words, references. Click on Save & Continue

9. Step 6: Uploading Supplementary Files Figures, Videos, Data Sets Click Browse, go to your computer file Select your manuscript file when found If multiple files, then add individually Click Upload, then click Save & continue

10. Step 7 & 8: Confirming Submission Click Finish Submission You are done and will receive and email confirmation receipt within the hour and manuscript review within 2 weeks.
