Learning Center → Settings In settings you can create a message users will see before they begin training. Decide if users can continue even if a test is not passed.

Learning Center → Topic Categories Create categories that your topics will fall into. For example Safety, New Hire, or Service. You can include a description if needed.

Learning Center → Topic Library Your topics can be position specific so choose which users should view this topic. Topics can include text, pictures AND video so have fun and use a variety when you create your training!

Learning Session → Tests Choose what your passing percentage will be and how long you will give to complete the test. Create multiple choice questions, don’t forget to mark the correct answer. Select positions that will take the test.

Learning Center → Sessions You are now ready to create your learning sessions! Quick check, did you… Create topics Create tests Update settings Learning sessions are branch and position specific, so choose which users will complete the sessions. You can create introductions for learning sessions with descriptions, videos and images!

Learning Center → Sessions (con’t) Now it’s time to put everything together. Drag and drop the topics you would like to include in the learning session. Don’t forget to hit submit to make it live on the front end! Choose which test applies to this learning session.
