God Offers Salvation

Obedience Results in Salvation But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God… Jeremiah 7:23a Obedience Results in Salvation

Obedience Results in Salvation …and you shall be My people. And walk in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well with you.’ Jeremiah 7:23b Obedience Results in Salvation

To be Redeemed is to avoid Hell. who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us… Titus 2:14a To be Redeemed is to avoid Hell.

To be Redeemed is to avoid Hell. …from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. Titus 2:14b To be Redeemed is to avoid Hell.

God Offers Love

God’s Love Endures for All Eternity. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. God’s Love Endures for All Eternity.

God’s Love Endures for All Eternity. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:35-39 God’s Love Endures for All Eternity.

God’s Love Endures for All Eternity. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Romans 8:35-36 God’s Love Endures for All Eternity.

God’s Love Endures for All Eternity. 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, God’s Love Endures for All Eternity.

God’s Love Endures for All Eternity. 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39 God’s Love Endures for All Eternity.

God’s Love Endures for All Eternity. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him, Hebrews 5:9 God’s Love Endures for All Eternity.

God’s Love is Supreme to All Others But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 God’s Love is Supreme to All Others

God’s Love is Supreme to All Others 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:9-11 God’s Love is Supreme to All Others

God Offers Peace

God sent Him Who Would Bring Peace …Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 5:1 God sent Him Who Would Bring Peace

God sent Him Who Would Bring Peace In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. John 1:4 God sent Him Who Would Bring Peace

God sent Him Who Would Bring Peace That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. John 1:9 God sent Him Who Would Bring Peace

Obedience to God results in peace from God. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:12-13 Obedience to God results in peace from God.

Obedience to God results in peace from God. Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 Obedience to God results in peace from God.

Lessons For Us Today.

God offers what the world cannot. 7 Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. God offers what the world cannot.

God offers what the world cannot. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:7-10 God offers what the world cannot.

God offers what the world cannot. 5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:5-6 God offers what the world cannot.

God offers the eternal not the temporary 19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. Matthew 6:19-20 God offers the eternal not the temporary

Conclusion What do you have to offer God? An offer being available doesn’t mean mankind automatically receives what God offers. Conclusion

How to Accept God’s Offer Hear the Gospel So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 How to Accept God’s Offer

How to Accept God’s Offer Believe Christ is the Son of God Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.” John 8:24 How to Accept God’s Offer

How to Accept God’s Offer Repent of Sins 2 And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Luke 13:2-3 How to Accept God’s Offer

How to Accept God’s Offer Confess Christ as the Son of God 42 Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue; 43 for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. John 12:42-43 How to Accept God’s Offer

How to Accept God’s Offer Be Baptized for the Forgiveness of Sins 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Romans 6:3-4 How to Accept God’s Offer
