Uploading PT Folders: An Overview On December 3rd, you will be invited to a Google Folder titled 18-19 SV Mid-Year Evidence. Accept the invitation to the folder: 18-19 SV Mid-Year Evidence. Move the folder from Shared With Me to My Drive. Drag all of your PTs’ folders into this folder. Andralee Join: You will be invited to join the shared Google Folder titled: 2018-19 SV Mid-Year. Add: When your PT folders are ready to submit, please add your PTs' Evidence submissions to the appropriate subfolder within this folder (PT1, PT2, or ECO Candidates). Check: Add/find your PTs' name on the 2018-19 SC Mid-Year Reading Assignments spreadsheet (in the folder above). Make sure all information in columns A-G are complete. NO READER WILL BE ASSIGNED UNLESS THIS STEP HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

Preparing to Upload PT Folders How to accept the invitation to the folder: 18-19 SV Mid Year Evidence Go to your email and look for a message from leadership with an invitation to join the shared folder. Click on the blue Open button in the body of the email. This will take you to the shared folder in Google Drive. Andralee

Preparing to Upload PT Folders Move the folder to My Drive. In Shared with Me, click on the 18-19 SV Mid Year Evidence folder. It will turn blue. The folder should now appear in your Google Drive under the Shared With Me tab on the left side of the screen. Click the Add to Drive symbol in the menu bar to move the folder to your Drive. CHECK YOUR SETTINGS!

Check Your Settings: An Overview In your Google Drive settings (gear icon in the upper right-hand corner), click on Settings. Make sure "convert uploaded files to Google Docs" is checked.

Check Your Settings Click on the Settings icon (the gear) in the upper right-hand corner in Drive. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Check your Settings When the Settings window opens, 2 1 When the Settings window opens, Check Convert uploaded files to Google Docs editor format. Click Done.

Uploading PT Folders Drag each PT folder from your desktop (or downloads if on a Chromebook) into the 18-19 SV Mid-Year Evidence folder Open the 18-19 SV Mid-Year Evidence folder Drag each PT folder into the proper subfolder (PT1, PT2, OR ECO Candidate)

Uploading PT Folders Drag PT folders, one at a time, to the proper sub folder Drag each PT folder from your desktop (or downloads if on a Chromebook) into the proper sub folder (PT1, PT2, or ECO candidate.)

Review and Update the Reading Assignments Google Sheet

Reviewing & Completing the Reading Assignments Sheet Open the 18-19 SV Mid-Year evidence folder in your Drive Open the 2018-19 SV Mid-Year Reading Assignments Sheet Review Columns A-F in all 4 sheets. Complete Column G (as folders are uploaded) Make note of any necessary changes in RED and alert Patti via email, Cc’ing a member of leadership.
