System 7 provides a special shared content store, which can act as a marketplace for publishers. When a source publisher assigns a tariff to content inside a private store, then a copy appears inside the shared store. Other publishers can include content from the shared store inside just like it were their own, but must pay the tariff specified. System 7 meters usage and passes payment to the source publisher (SOAP Web services make content available to all) Content sharing for profit
