For Reorder Report At the end of each semester(or towards the end of a private lesson package), the sales department approaches the students in order to offer continuing courses, in order to offer each student the best class in the right level for him in his continuing course. Please fill out this “End of the semester" When a semester is about to end (4 weeks before the semesters end date), a reminder will appear automatically in your teacher's office and you will receive a reminder email.

Scheduling Process- Groups The campus manager will send your next 2 semester schedule, 2 months in advance. You will receive an email and an alert in your home page in your teacher’s office: Please confirm your schedule in your teachers office. You will be notified of any change in your confirmed classes(level change, time change, day change, class closed down or a need for a new class).
