ACCEPT FINANCIAL AID The 3 steps to accepting a loan: Accept desired amount of loan through TopNet Successfully complete Entrance Loan Counseling session at studentloans.gov Successfully e- sign their Master Promissory Note (MPN) at studentloans.gov If 3 steps are not completed, then the loan will not be processed
