Types of Goals

I Can Do It! A goal is to want something and to work until you get it. For Example To work hard until you can run around the soccer field.

3 Types of Goals Review: Short term goals, for example: I will drink only water for one day or for one week. Long term goals, for example: By December I will run three miles at least twice a week. Life Long Goals , for example: I will live a healthy life, eating right and being active every day.
