3 Are you SMART? S Good goals are specific, clear and defined. If your goals are too general, they will be hard to accomplish. You must be able to measure your progress towards your goal so you know when you have reached it. Set an action plan that tell you what you are going to do to accomplish your goal. Make sure your goal is realistic- not too hard and not too easy. Think about when do you want to accomplish your goal-have a time line. M A R T

5 Setting your goals I want to run 1 mile.
I will jog every morning for 15 minutes. I will ride my bike to school. I will play active games during recess. I will drink more water. I will eat more fruit.
