Student Data Privacy SDPC Tool Exploration & Enhancement

The Answer: YES! Initial Problem Statement In K-12 education space how do we balance classroom innovation and adoption of new technologies with safeguards necessary to ensure student privacy? When all appropriate steps are taken and districts perform due diligence on all digital resources, the process and negotiations necessary are extremely burdensome and time consuming. Initial Problem Statement All districts should not have to “re-create the wheel” when addressing student privacy issues. Can we, as a collaborative, find a way to leverage common needs to streamline the process and negotiations to better serve our communities? The Answer: YES!
