Program Policy Committee Report Mandate Develop, implement and oversee SSO’s governance and compliance program Review the status of SSO’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations Review the status of SSO’s compliance with its By-laws and board policies Review each of SSO’s By-laws and board policies at least every three years and recommend changes, as required June 23, 2018 Program Policy Committee Report
