Hate crime is a crime that someone does to someone else because of their disability, the colour of their skin, their language, their religion or sexuality. Hate crime happens when we treat someone who is different in a bad way and in a way we would not like to be treated ourselves. Definition of a hate crime – it is how YOU, the victim, perceive it
