Activity 1 Things people say that make us feel bad about ourselves. Write this on a post-it note Things people say that make us feel good about ourselves. Write this on another post-it note Finally stick all your ideas on the A4 sheet of paper on opposite ends

5 Activity 2: Feeling Cards
Each group has 4 Cards on the table Analyse each card and say what the people in the picture might be feeling. Split A4 sheets into 4 parts and get feedback from your groups.

6 Take the time!! Look and listen to what the person is saying Before saying anything you might regret. Think of other things too!!

7 Activity 3: Pairs Roleplay: Listening and body language Skills In this activity one person from the pair leaves with Mr Hurst and the other stays with Ms Harvey Pairs come back and act out their scenes Role play 3 times

9 Respect How to treat people with respect?
Treating people with respect makes your world a nicer place to live in, whether it's at home, at school, or out in your community. And it's easy - all you have to do is treat people the way you like to have them treat you. Here are a few ideas. • Listen to others when they speak. • Value other people's opinions. • Be considerate of people's likes and dislikes. • Don't mock or tease people. • Don't talk about people behind their backs. • Be sensitive to other people's feelings. • Don't pressure someone to do something he or she doesn't want to do. Don't insult people or make fun of them.
