Objectives Objectives of the project responding to the issues raised by the Evaluation Study on the implementation of the ELD addressing the following three barriers to the full implementation of the ELD and to reaching its objectives: Insufficient evidence base for evaluation - there is a need for a register; Lack of clarity regarding key concepts; Lack of knowledge on the ELD at national level. Training handbook for ELD trainers, with slides in pdf form. Developed after long process of consultation (stakeholders, Member States and Commission) and expert involvement www.
