17. Key elements that shaped the process of national implementation in Greece Creation of a local Quality Action team. Good methodology and planning adjusted to local conditions, helped us build a team spirit between all stakeholders during the project time and also addressed the issue of sustainability. The use of quality tools in the project itself especially the implementation of national training and practical application in Greece helped as formulate a participatory way of work. Creation of a network among GOs and NGOs that helped in adapting the national implementation of the EU project, shared problems and exchanged solutions. Increased provision of national level support during practical application of the tools helped our participants to understand better the tools and solve difficulties they faced.
