Search By Part Number First Login into http://store.flowserve.com and select an Account from the top menu Next enter the part number in the Search box on the top right corner. It will type-ahead the part numbers in the system. Click on the part number. If you click the Search icon, it will give results of the part on the search results screen. Search By Name, Description or Keyword The user can search for an Name , Description or any keyword in the search box. Search Results for the keyword are displayed according to the search relevance. Users can explore parts interactively. Either from Product Hierarchy from the Menu or Keyword or Product Family The left hand facets can help the user to guide the search and navigate and refine the results. The selected facets are displayed on the “Selected Filters” section. The user can remove the filter if you want to expand the search results

Part / Item Detail – Images, Documents The Part Detail page shows Images of the part in addition to the Image of the Product Family. The documents related to the parts and the product family like manual’s, user instructions, technical bulletin etc. if available will be shown in the “Videos and Documents” section.

Part / Item Detail – Videos The Part Detail page shows Technical Specs if there are any videos that are available to the part or the product family
