Updated Order Status and E-Solutions Tabs
Order Status - Track and view your order status Clicking on the Order Status tab will produce a pop-up window that will redirect to the new ADC order status function.
Order Status Orders placed in the last 7 days will populate on the left-hand side of the screen. Orders appear according to entry date with the most recent orders appearing at the top.
Order Status Filter search results by shipping status. An open box means the order has not shipped, a closed box means the order has fully shipped, and an open and closed together means the order has partially shipped. Search by order number, distributor PO, contractor PO, job name, entry date, or keywords. Hitting go will activate your search criteria.
Order Status Add key words to orders to ensure easy searching in the future. Click the star to tag an order as a Favorite and the order will also populate in the Favorites tab.
Order Status Clicking the blue arrow on an order will populate additional information on the right-hand side of the screen. View the order details according to lines, shipments, or view documents. The order number you are viewing will always show at the top of the screen
Order Status Line items may be broken out by shipping status, but all show consistent information including: Shipping Status Line # PO Line # Fixture Type Carton Marking Product Description Quantity Shipped Date and Date Type (varies by shipping status) Location Shipping From.
Order Status Available above the line item: Carrier information Tracking (linked depending on carrier) Shipping Date and Instructions Documents including -packing slips -invoices -credit memos
Order Status Click the Freight Claims icon to submit. Enter visual damage, concealed damage, or shorted quantity. Download form to print out and fax in or click submit claim to electronically submit.
Packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading are available on the documents tab. Click the paper icon to produce a print-ready document of what you are viewing and click the pencil icon to email a copy. Order Status
E-Solutions Center Clicking on the E-Solutions Center tab will produce a pop-up window that will redirect to the new ADC E-Solutions Center. Note: there is only one ADC…you get to the same place by clicking either the order status or e-solutions tabs.
E-Solutions Center View documents according to orders, favorites, credit memos, or invoices.
E-Solutions Center The credit memo tab populates all credit memos from the last 7 days. Click go to populate credit memos for an additional 7 days. Filter search according to open or close status of the credit memos. Search by credit memo number, date, amount, RA number, or invoice number. Click the blue arrow to view the credit memo on the right-hand side of the screen.
E-Solutions Center Functionality for the invoice tab is identical to the credit memo tab.
Settings The settings tab allows the user to change default search settings for orders and documents.
Additional Information Click the question mark icon for Acuity Distributor Center help. Click the camera icon to view training videos.
