PIZZA Ingredients. 12 oz Strong flour ½ sachet fast action yeast Oil ½ pint warm water Toppings Equipment. Mixing bowl Pallet knife Spoon Jug Tray Sharp knife Chopping board Grater Weighing scales METHOD 1) Pre heat oven to 180.gm6 2) Grease tray 3) Measure flour and put in bowl. 4) Add yeast to flour, stir. 5) Measure out warm water. 6) Gradually bind into dough. 7) Once dough is formed, knead and roll on floured surface. Cut to shape. 8) Put onto greased tray. 9) Prepare toppings. Spread puree over base. 10) Finally add toppings. 11) Bake for 20 mins. 12) Clean up.
