4 Information about bread
bread is one of the healthiest things in the interior world. There are lots of bread in the world like pittas bread from Greece , Jamaican spice loaf from Jamaica, soda bread from Ireland and polish bread form Poland and lots more.

About my bread I think my bread is the best bread in the hole wide world. It is best if you eat it with tea and butter if you add a bit more chocolate chips and more 100 and 1000 it will be lovely.

6 Ingredients Equipment
250ml of water 1 tea spoon of salt 300g white flour ½ table spoon of oil 1 table spoon of sugar Chocolate 100 and 1000 More 100 and 1000 and white chocolate A bit of yeast Mixing bowl Wooden spoon Measuring jug Greased baking Tea spoon Lightly brushed whit oil Scales

7 Method / hygiene Wash you hands thoroughly in soap and water.
2.Clean your table with a cloth. 3. If you have long hair tie it back.

8 Method / mixing the dough
put 300g of flour in the mixing bowl. Add 1 tea spoon of salt and a table spoon of sugar in the mixing bowl pour 250ml of water in the bowl. Pour ½ a table spoon oil in the bowl and start mixing for about 5 minis. When you have finish mixing start kneading for 5 minis.

5. Now you have done kneading now start knocking

10 Method / putting in extras
Put in little bit of white chocolate in the dough. And put a lot of 100 and 1000 and chocolate chips in the dough.

11 Method / shaping the loaf
With your dough make a K and than make 5 so it will make a K5. Let the dough rise for 40 to 45 minis

12 Method / cooking Put the bread on a backing tray
Now put your bread in the oven for 30 minis

13 Evaluation / what it taste good with.
My bread taste good with butter, cheese, tea and soap.
