THEY MUST HAVE GIVEN A WRITTEN LETTER TO THE SPONSORS TO BE CONSIDERED EXCUSED. Return the contract forms to either Mrs. Cortés (room 309) or Mrs. Popp (room 635) by the end of next week (Friday, September 16th).

Layout for the year Each meeting will be held on the first Friday of each month unless told otherwise. Induction for new members will be held in November (need volunteers!). Group service projects will be held throughout the school year. They are optional but can be used to fulfill your 10 hour requirement and will count as double hours.

Service Projects Service project ideas may include beach cleanups, food banks, etc. Please let us know if you have any other ideas about possible service projects for large groups! Once we come up with some promising ideas, we will vote on them.
