4. Summer Deadlines Summer Hours due: September 29th
Can only use 10 out of school hours from the summer to meet the 20 semester hour requirement
All in-school hours from the summer will count toward the 20 hours

Committees for : OPTIONAL! If you sign up for a committee, you will be in charge of helping to organize volunteer events and receive hours for those events.

8. Attendance Meetings are required and attendance will be checked
Members are allowed 1 excused absence per semester
To be excused, you must turn in an excused absence form before the meeting
Valid reasons include: medical (or other similar) appointments that cannot be rescheduled
Not- excused: Athletic / Arts practices, HOWEVER games and performances are excused
Because work, makeup work etc could be rescheduled ahead of time, they aren’t excused
