LEGISLATIVE- House of Representatives 435 Members Number based on state population 2 year terms 25 years old, U.S. Citizen for 7 years Can serve unlimited terms

LEGISLATIVE- Congress as a whole Makes laws Write, debate, and pass bills Approve presidential appointments

LEGISLATIVE- Senate 100 members, 2 per state 6 year terms 30 years old, U.S. Citizen for 9 years Can serve unlimited terms

EXECUTIVE Enforces Laws President, VP, Departments, Independent Agencies President = can serve 2 terms, 4 years each 35 years old, natural born citizen Signs laws, veto laws, appoint judges, pardon people
