- General Communication Skills - There are five different skills used in general communication, these are: Adapting Content And Style For Audience Providing Accurate Information Techniques In Engaging The Audience Question And Answer Session Difference Between Facts And Opinion

- Adapting Content & Style For Audience - Cultural Believes Language used Content used Your clothing Why? - Facts And Opinions - Differences? Detecting Facts And Opinions Opinions are one sided Opinions should not be used during lessons etc. Opinions can influence others opinions Facts are knowledge that can not be changed Facts are not created in any biased way Facts should be used in meetings etc. Detecting Facts And Opinions Opinions will usually be leading you onto something like ‘Do you agree?’ Opinions usually only explain the good or bad points not both! Facts will often have number figures/dates involved like ‘I was born in 1996’ By using biased opinions in your presentation it can lose audience as they know more information may be biased during the rest of the presentation.
